Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of HR/Payroll outsourcing experience and be fluent in English, along with Dutch or German. Formación

• At least 3 years in HR/Payroll outsourcing - implementing or operating.
• Fluent in English, and either Dutch or German.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local workshops to ensure client understanding of services.
• Define and maintain local Project Plan and RAID log.
• Help clients understand the implementation methodology.
• Onboard Business As Usual operational team.
• Provide needed accesses to client and Operations team members.
• Implement Local Service delivery tools.
• Coordinate client and BAU Operations trainings.
• Lead testing phases to ensure systems are working correctly.
