A growing jewellery brand is seeking a Store Manager for its first store in Madrid. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building brand awareness, the ideal candidate will have experience in store management, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a passion for fostering a collaborative team culture. With a competitive salary starting from €30,000 plus bonuses, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact as the brand expands into Spain.

We’re Astrid & Miyu - a UK-founded jewellery brand on a mission to revolutionise the jewellery experience.

Since 2012, we’ve grown into a global brand with 28 stores and over 400 team members across the UK, Europe, Ireland, and the US. We’re known for our innovation, inclusivity, and empowering approach to jewellery - from our products to our in-store experience.

Now, we’re bringing our mission to Spain, opening our very first store in the heart of Madrid at the iconic WOWconcept store.

Hours: 40 hours per week

The Store Manager Mission:

As an inspiring leader, you’ll bring our brand to life by creating a memorable, engaging experience at our very first store in Madrid. As the first Store Manager in this new market, you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, leading with passion, and championing our core values. You’ll be at the heart of our exciting journey as we continue to grow and expand globally.

How you’ll drive success:

• Lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through our key retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation — always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
• As our first store manager in Spain, you’ll bring our values to life in a way that resonates deeply with the Madrid community, fostering meaningful connections and growth.
• Build strong brand awareness in this new market by promoting our loyalty programme, hosting local events with the store, and connecting with the Madrid community.
• Inspire, coach, and support your team — empowering every team member to grow, thrive, and perform at their best.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, giving real-time feedback on the shop floor to drive continuous development and high standards.
• Drive commercial success by leading on visual merchandising, stock management, and experiential retail, ensuring the concession layout supports our goals.
• Ensure all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering both exceptional customer service and strong productivity.
• You’ll commit to continuously optimising your social and environmental impact from both large to small decisions, staying committed within your role to together growing a sustainable business.

What you’ll need to thrive:

• Experience as a Store Manager, preferably having worked for an international business
• Fluent in both English & Spanish as all communication with our UK office will be in English
• A values champion and brand ambassador, you are the role model for your store team and our values resonate deeply with you
• You have a strong presence, high on influencing your energy is infectious and authentically inspires those around you
• You have the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth and development
• You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
