Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Tackle inquiries and resolve issues with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective problem resolution and service improvement
• Gather insights from clients to enhance our offerings and customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• A friendly and engaging communication style
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• An eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; we cover all relocation costs
