A leading financial services provider located in Barcelona is seeking a Spanish Accounting & Accounts Payable Analyst to manage the Accounts Payable process and support compliance activities. Overview

Spanish Accounting & Accounts Payable Analyst — you will play a key role in the financial operations of the company, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and General Accounting (80%) and a supporting role in Payroll review and compliance (20%).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments in compliance with internal controls and Spanish regulations.
• Review and validate vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and alignment with purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers and assist in monthly reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and related close activities.
