Descripción de la vacante

Una empresa de automóviles de lujo busca un Sales Area Manager en Valencia para supervisar el desarrollo de ventas y volumen, gestionar la red local de Maserati y alcanzar objetivos comerciales. Se requiere de 5 a 7 años de experiencia en un rol similar, conocimientos del mercado de la automoción y fluidez en español e inglés. Esta posición también incluye tareas de formación de ventas y gestión de presupuesto de incentivos.

Formación

  • 5–7 años de experiencia en un rol similar en la industria automotriz o de lujo.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés, italiano es un plus.
  • Conocimientos especializados en procesos de venta y organización de distribuidores.

Responsabilidades

  • Comunicar pronósticos de ventas precisos a la sede de Maserati.
  • Crear y acordar términos de venta anuales con la red de concesionarios.
  • Soportar el logro de los objetivos anuales de la red de concesionarios.
  • Desarrollar métodos para el crecimiento del rendimiento de ventas.

MISSION

The Sales Area Manager reports directly to the South Europe Manager and oversees the development of sales & volumes, managing the Local Maserati Network, achieving the assigned targets, retails and wholesales, market share, stock in the area of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

To communicate to Maserati HQ accurate wholesale and retail sales forecasts.

To create, present and agree annual sales dealer terms between Maserati dealer network and Maserati.

To work with dealer network to support the achievement of their annual targets.

To work with the dealer network to explore and develop methods of sales performance growth.

To manage the communication of issues affecting the dealer business with Maserati.

To work with the Marketing function to develop effective network marketing activities to support sales development.

To maintain internal wholesale and retail sales reports.

To provide periodical reports to Maserati HQ regarding network performance.

To work with the composite provider to ensure accurate and timely reporting of dealer network P&L documentation.

Monitor Weekly / Monthly Sales Target Performance.

Monitor and Manage Stock situation.

Assist with Sales Training and Product Launches.

Monitor Sales Training Compliance.

Manage sales incentive budget.

REQUIREMENTS

5–7 years of experience in similar role within the automotive or luxury industry.

Preferably Business School or University with an Economics or Engineering major educational program (master’s degree or alike).

Market, sales process, Dealers / sales organization, fleet, marketing and communication specialized knowledge required.

Negotiation, Problem solving, ability to navigate complex organization.

Fluent in Spanish and English. Italian is a plus.
