We’re looking for Senior Solution Architects to lead, from a technical point of view, the projects we deliver to our end customers. We serve our customers by providing high-quality solutions tailored to their needs.

This is your place if you’re experienced in designing software and application solutions, from hardware to user interface, understanding the value of well-crafted designs, excellent execution, and customer intimacy. If you enjoy being involved throughout the project lifecycle with your technical team to deliver expected outcomes and foster innovation and best practices among colleagues.

Position type: Hybrid (Madrid area, 2 days/week in the office)

Typical daily responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple project teams of software engineers and development partners through all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms.
• Managing relationships with internal and external development partners.
• Reviewing and evaluating designs for compliance and providing feedback to improve quality and reduce risks.
• Providing domain expertise and leadership in software systems across projects and organizations.
• Driving technological innovation and integrating new technologies.
• Mentoring less experienced staff members.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or equivalent.

Typically 8+ years of experience.

Knowledge and skills in the following areas:

• AAA Systems (Telecom): Experience with 3GPP AAA, OneNDS/LDAP, OAuth/OIDC, and related telecom authentication systems.
• API & Protocols: Strong skills in SOAP/XML, HTTP/JSON RESTful APIs, and API authentication. Familiarity with OpenSSL and Wireshark.
• Development Skills: Proficiency in Java for backend services, React for frontend, and experience in integrating React with REST APIs and secure communications.
• Unix Scripting and Databases: Shell scripting, bash, SQL, MySQL, and experience with distributed data platforms like VoltDB.
• Regex and Cloud: Regular expressions, Linux clustering, basic cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting.

Core architectural technologies include:

• Software architecture design for products and solutions.
• Integration of software systems across multiple platforms.
• Monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Fluent, Jaeger.
• Database and container orchestration technologies like MySQL, VoltDB, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Security concepts including mTLS, RBAC, security scanning, compliance, SIEM, IAM, KMS, and secure APIs.
