As a Website Software Engineer, you will take ownership of a high-traffic web platform, shaping both its technical foundation and user experience. You will work in a collaborative, innovative environment, building scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and enabling teams to deliver content and features efficiently. Accountabilities

• Maintain and evolve the website using modern frameworks and headless CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create flexible, accessible components and systems.
• Build tools and documentation that empower non-technical teams to manage content independently.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve website performance, SEO, and user experience metrics.
• Contribute to growth and marketing initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and GDPR compliance.
• Lead or participate in experiments, architectural improvements, and innovation initiatives.
• Proven experience building websites or web applications using frameworks like Next.js.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi) and modern development workflows (CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment).
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, web performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and make sound architectural decisions.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, from front-end components to infrastructure optimization.
