Wait a minute—Are you obsessed with content that moves people? Do you watch a video and immediately break it down into micro-content hooks? Do you know what makes people pause mid-scroll, click, engage—and come back for more? If you’re a creator first, data-lover second, and brand-builder always, this might be your next big adventure.

We’re seeking a high-performance Social Media Content Creator to take the raw material in our video vault and turn it into viral content. If you live for storytelling, iteration, and cracking the code of engagement, keep reading.

This is a full-time position, in Dubai or Lisbon office locations, or full-remote from anywhere in the world. French and English fluency is required.

Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession with excellence, worldwide impact and crafting experiences. You will play a pivotal role in making Paradox reach that level.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end content creation engine for David Laroche and Paradox’s social media. Your work will shape the voice of a strong brand poised for massive scale. Your main goal is to transform raw video into viral, high-impact content.

Responsibilities
  1. TRANSFORM LONG-FORM CONTENT INTO VIRAL GOLD
    • Mine our content library (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) to extract valuable insights and turn them into powerful social media content.
    • Create short-form pieces for Twitter/X to gain traction, then repurpose into Instagram Reels (hook video editing), carousels (creative design), and quote visuals.
    • Extend content to LinkedIn by ghostwriting on-brand posts that spark conversation.
    • Maintain a killer editorial calendar (using Metricool) aligned with overarching content objectives.
    • Test, iterate, and evolve: design systems to spot what works and double down fast.
  2. BUILD THE DATA, SCALE WITH SYSTEMS
    • Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, shares).
    • Extract actionable insights to guide content decisions and systemize learnings into scalable processes.
    • Test variations in hooks, visuals, editing, and tone; optimize relentlessly.
    • Document and systematize learnings into scalable frameworks.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Ability to identify high-leverage content from long-form sources and repurpose into engaging short-form formats for social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and design skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or AI tools like Opus Clip).
  • Capable of editing short vertical video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with fast turnaround times.
  • Skills in creating scroll-stopping carousels, quote graphics, and other Instagram-first visual content using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
  • Eye for typography, layout, and visual clarity.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Metricool, Later, or native platform analytics) to track performance and iterate based on insights.
  • Self-driven and able to own the content creation process end-to-end—from ideation to publishing.
  • Constantly scanning trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content innovative and culturally relevant.
Tech Stack
  • Runway, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, Descript, Opus Clip, Canva, Adobe, GPT… for AI-assisted content creation.
  • Metricool for scheduling, performance tracking and engagement across channels.
  • HubSpot to manage and automate marketing and sales processes.
  • Brand monitoring tools (Brand24, Mention, Synthesio) for sentiment and inquiries.
  • ManyChat for automated engagement; Monday and Slack for workflow management.
  • Self-starter: take ideas from ideation to execution without hand-holding.
