FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Spain

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, the global leader in access solutions. The Marine Division is seeking a Field Service Technician in Spain, ideally located in the Barcelona area.

What you would do
  • Travel all over the world to perform a diverse range of maintenance and installation.
  • Perform planned and preventive maintenance, repair and service to hardware solutions such as electronic locks, safes, and other IT equipment.
  • Participate in testing and servicing new hardware and software products, ensuring functionality and reliability.
  • Be involved in software installation, programming, and development, including laptop configuration and system updates.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Work under pressure in a multinational environment.
The skills and experience you need
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows and network solutions, with additional experience in Linux and databases (SQL or others); also possesses carpentry and IT skills.
  • Experience in technical planning, commissioning, and training of crew in the use and maintenance of products. Experience with ASSA ABLOY electronic lock systems and access control systems is a plus.
  • Good spoken and written English, a systematic approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
