Overview

We are Grupo Starcasino, a leading company in the online gaming sector, with an international presence and continuous growth. Our mission is to attract and retain players by offering safe, innovative, and high-quality experiences.

To further consolidate our expansion, we are looking for an SEO Specialist with a strong background in both technical and content SEO, capable of auditing, optimizing, and evolving our digital platforms across all Group operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for improving the technical foundations of our websites while also defining and executing content strategies aimed at organic growth, ensuring sustainable acquisition of qualified traffic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to indexing, crawling, site architecture, and performance.
• Implement improvements in Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, structured data, internal linking, sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Define and implement the keyword strategy and SEO-friendly content strategy in coordination with the content team.
• Optimize editorial workflows, metadata, headings, SEO copywriting, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO strategies.
• Supervise and validate SEO in staging and production environments to ensure flawless launches of new features and content.
• Monitor and analyze performance using SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio).
• Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in both technical and content SEO, ideally within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or other high-traffic projects.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applied to SEO.
• Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data, and performance optimization.
• Experience in Keyword Research, Content Strategy, and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency with SEO tools : Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio.
• Experience working with complex CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or custom systems).
• High level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in international and multilingual SEO.
• Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization).
• Familiarity with cookieless environments and server-side tracking.
