A logistics management firm in Madrid is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations and inventory management. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, ensuring stock rotation, and liaising with service providers. The ideal candidate will have relevant warehousing licenses, strong organizational skills, and 1-2 years of supply chain experience. Proficiency in SAP and good communication skills are essential for this role, which offers autonomy and the chance to lead inventory tasks.
Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplace
Act autonomously and with minimal supervision
Monitor, coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing goods / deliveries
Monitor and process returns including initial quality inspection
Investigate stock deviations
Monitor inventory levels and refill pick locations / bins as required
Ensure appropriate rotation of stock to minimize out-of-dates / scrapping
Lead the coordination and participate in stock taking
Lead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSE
Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods / deliveries
Other supply chain duties as directed
Receiving and dispatch time
Returns processing time
Stock taking accuracy (% of stock variation)
Relevant warehousing licenses (forklift, manual handling, dangerous good)
Certificate in warehousing preferred
1-2 years supply chain experience preferred
SAP experience preferred
Process and e2e thinking (well structured, methodical)
High organizational skills
Ability to act autonomously
Good interpersonal skills
Good IT understanding (e.g. SAP, CRM, WMS)
Good communication skills to all organizational levels
