Una empresa de retail internacional busca un reclutador para gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento en España y Portugal. Necesitamos a alguien con formación en Recursos Humanos, fluidez en inglés y portugués, y 4-5 años de experiencia en el sector. El candidato ideal será proactivo, creativo y tendrá fuertes habilidades analíticas. Ofrecemos un ambiente inspirador donde el crecimiento y el bienestar son fundamentales.

Formación

• 4-5 años de experiencia profesional en reclutamiento, idealmente en el sector retail.
• Capacidad para apoyar equipos con empatía y profesionalismo.

Responsabilidades

• Construir y mantener pipelines de talento fuertes.
• Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los gerentes de contratación.

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy across Spain and Portugal, ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire the very best talent to join our journey.

In this position, you will:

• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for both retail and head office teams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to interviews and final selection.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to internal and external communication channels.
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes, bringing creativity and innovation to every step.
• Participate in projects and initiatives that elevate our Talent Acquisition function.

Requisitos

Your mission is to create the perfect match between candidates and hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Rituals philosophy.

What we are looking for

• Higher education with a focus on Human Resources or related field.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
• Strong analytical skills:
• 4 -5 years of professional experience in recruitment, ideally within the retail sector.
• Strong service mindset and ability to support teams with empathy and professionalism.
• Proactive and creative approach to solving recruitment challenges.
