A global tech company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Developer skilled in Embedded C++. This role involves designing algorithms for license plate recognition technology and collaborating in a small team. The position offers interesting work as well as flexibility to work from home, meeting in the Madrid office twice a month. A salary of up to €55,000 is offered for the right candidate, who will also need to have strong multithreading skills and fluent English.

Senior Software Engineer / Developer (Embedded C++) Madrid to €55, 000

Are you an experienced Software Engineer with strong Embedded C++ skills?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a global tech company that produces number plate recognition and AI video analytics products.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will work independently to design and develop low level algorithms that power license plate recognition technology, using Embedded C++ on the hardware (cameras).

You'll collaborate with a small team but take ownership of projects, working across the full development lifecycle.

Location / WFH

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up regularly (around twice a month) in the Madrid office.

About you

• You have strong Embedded C++ development skills
• You have experience with multithreading and working on complex systems
• Ideally you will have experience working on similar video analytics, camera or IoT software
• You have fluent English language skills
