A leading data management firm located in Madrid is looking for an HRIS Lead Consultant to manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors. This temporary contract offers an exciting opportunity to work in an international setting, contributing to HR projects and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance HR processes.

Formación

• Experience with migration from other systems and integration to other apps/systems.
• Strong plus: SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities while multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HRIS implementation initiatives related to SuccessFactors modules.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration.
• Lead the review, testing and deployment procedures for SuccessFactors releases.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical skills

Strong Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

Ability to work independently

Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Educación
