Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Sales Upseller. The Senior Sales Upseller will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams, the individual will ensure customer satisfaction while promoting revenue growth. Key responsibilities include effective communication, client account management, and delivering strategic sales solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive upselling activities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in delivering Training to junior sales team members to ensure the consistent application of best practices.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, remote working environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous remote work experience and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous.
Important Role Information

You´ll benefit from a fixed fee for sitting an appointment plus commission

In this self employed role, realistic OTE of £60,000-£80,000, further earning opportunities for higher achievers
