A leading green tech company in Madrid seeks an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, strong knowledge of regional talent markets, and be fluent in English and Spanish. • 7 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with international scope.
• Proven success hiring across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
• Strong understanding of regional talent markets and cultural nuances.
• Experience with ATS systems; Personio knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: English and Spanish C1-C2; French or Italian at C1 level is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for connecting people.

• Utilize Personio to manage candidate data workflows and reporting.
• Based in Madrid with flexibility for occasional travel across the region.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Your profile
