You will design and deliver innovative low-code solutions, collaborating with clients to improve their business processes. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies. This role offers a permanent contract and flexibility to work from home throughout Spain.

What your day‑to‑day will look like

• Advise customers on translating their requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, AI Builder, etc.).
• Take ownership of the solution design, implementation and integration with other systems or data sources both inside and outside the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Work closely with your team to share knowledge and conduct workshops, empowering customers to use the solutions you’ve built.
• Continuously grow your skills while delivering value through low‑code innovation.

Your profile

• A university degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.) and a good understanding of Microsoft 365.
• A heart for consulting: you quickly identify customer needs, propose pragmatic solutions and are confident in their technical implementation.
• A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude with a genuine interest in contributing to your team's growth and success.
• A strong passion for technology and a drive to stay up‑to‑date with Microsoft’s latest innovations.
• The ability and willingness to share your knowledge, whether through internal documentation, blog posts, LinkedIn reference cases or event presentations.
• Fluency in English (C1 level); German is a plus.
• EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work visa.
