to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching advertising campaigns on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others, specifically targeting the Health and Fitness audience.Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns :

launching, optimization and scalingExperimenting on creatives with designers :

A / B testing, performance analysis and optimizationMonitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reportingResearching and evaluating of new user acquisition channelsStaying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies.Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.In your first three months you will :

Be proficient on all metrics, processes and reportsIndependently manage the project, adhere to best practices, achieve target ROI, and know how to scale and reduce volumes when necessaryLead an additional area of responsibility, suggest ideas and improvements, know how to analyze competitors, and make data-driven decisions2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in User AcquisitionPractical experience with a large budget in Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads / TikTok / Snapchat)Proficiency in English - B2 or higher levelExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teamAnalytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)), experience with Google Analytic / Tableau / Clarisight will be a plusFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessaryWhy You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech :
