We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management (SCCM, Intune), hardware support, device certification, and BeyondTrust remote support tools. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence in the client device ecosystem by handling day-to-day technical issues and helping certify new hardware configurations for enterprise use.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on, onsite support for Windows devices including troubleshooting hardware issues, peripheral setups, and system diagnostics.
- Manage device provisioning and certification, collaborating with global engineering teams to validate hardware standards and configurations.
- Perform software deployments, patching, and compliance reporting using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
- Use BeyondTrust for secure remote access to support users and maintain device hygiene.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including security, network, and infrastructure to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure alignment with corporate compliance standards.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Support lifecycle management of endpoints including onboarding, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders for hardware evaluations, RMA processing, and escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an enterprise environment with Endpoint Management & Device certification.
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
- Proven experience in device certification, image building, and hardware evaluation.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS environment.
- Preferred experience using BeyondTrust (Bomgar) for remote troubleshooting and privileged access management.
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English; Spanish language adds advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300, or legacy SCCM certifications).
- Experience with Autopilot, or related deployment tools.
- Prior experience working with global IT operations and supporting device platforms at scale.
