At Tennium we are looking for an experienced, proactive and talented Senior Marketing who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will join our Marketing team, will be responsible for the strategy and execution of offline marketing, branding and in-person activations for the organization's major sporting events, with a special focus on tennis and fan engagement.
The aim is to build memorable experiences for fans, strengthen the emotional connection with the brand, and maximize the impact of sponsors and partners through creative, measurable actions aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
Design and implement offline marketing strategies and activations for sporting events (tennis tournaments, competitions, tours, etc.).
Develop integrated communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, traditional media, outdoor, radio, PR, etc.).
Oversee the production and execution of advertising media (branding at venues, signage, stands, hospitality, etc.).
Manage relationships with creative, media and production agencies to ensure brand quality and consistency.
Design and coordinate in-person activations, fan zones, and brand experiences before, during, and after events.
Work alongside the sponsorship team to develop customised activation plans for sponsors.
Plan and manage the offline marketing and activation budget, ensuring efficiency and return on investment.
Set KPIs for each activation or campaign (awareness, engagement, satisfaction, leads, ROI, etc.).
Analyse post-event results and prepare reports with lessons learned and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with the digital and data department to integrate the results of offline actions into the global marketing ecosystem.
5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline, events, activations, or brand experience.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or similar.
Additional training in Sports Marketing or Brand Management is desirable.
Experience in professional sports or entertainment, preferably in tennis, will be highly valued.
Experience in integrated campaign management and coordination with external agencies.
Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders (brands, sponsors, sports institutions, media).
Proficiency in project and budget management tools (Excel, Monday, Trello, etc.).
Knowledge of branding, event production, and experiential marketing.
Ability to interpret brand impact metrics and activation returns.
Good level of English (second language desirable).
