Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage our Credit & Collections Hub in Rubi, Spain, supporting multiple countries across EMEA and USCA. This role will oversee country credit managers and a team of specialists, driving standardization, compliance, and best practices. You will play a key role in executing credit policy, managing risk, and building strong business partnerships across regions.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Credit, or Business
  • Strong communication skills across multicultural environments
  • Experience in credit or collections (certification is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
  • Ability to drive change and manage competing priorities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop EMEA country credit managers and collections hub team
  • Oversee credit performance and risk management strategies
  • Standardize collection processes and ensure policy compliance
  • Manage credit insurance and reporting (aging, bad debt, reconciliations)
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and global leadership
  • Ensure audit readiness and internal controls compliance

As an Senior Analyst, Business Strategy at PPG, you will play a crucial role in driving value creation through advanced analytics. You will provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and develop analysis for decision support areas such as assortment management, distribution/route to market decisions, promotions/A&P management, and services.
  • Lead the identification of analytics objects that drive value creation.
  • Focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics to answer questions like “what will happen” and “what should we do.”
  • Provide analysis, visualization, interpretation, and recommendations for business value creation.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio leaders and their teams.
  • Lead reporting and analytics development projects, including analytics innovation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Finance or Economics).
  • More than 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, analytics, or FP&A roles.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, programming languages, AI, SQL, and BI tools is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English.
