8+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer

• Provide legal counsel to the board of directors, chief executive officers, and other senior management on all matters influencing the organization.
• Lead and organize work of external lawyers to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate legal risks and provide proactive solutions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :
• 8+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience in a senior role in an in-house legal team.
