Project Management Position

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation and monitoring of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their expertise in project management, team leadership, and technical skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of ERP projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing IT projects, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and strong knowledge of SAP Business One or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
