This position is for a Senior Golang developer (5+ years) wanting to work fully remote from either Spain or Portugal.

This company was founded in 2018, and my client is now a leading, global technology consultancy with a workforce from nearly 25 nationalities.

They are looking to form an exceptional team of Senior Golang Developers to work on a project for one of the clients in the fintech space. Their client is a fully digital bank that has over 1,000,000 users and has raised over 500,000,000 EURO in capital.

Tech Stack :

• Backend : Golang (primary), clean architecture and microservices.
• Cloud & Infrastructure : AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS), Kubernetes, Docker.
• Event-Driven Architecture : Apache Kafka.
• APIs & Networking : Envoy Proxy (RPC), RESTful / gRPC services.
• Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational), NoSQL (for high-throughput data).
• CI / CD : Git, Jenkins, automated testing / deployment pipelines.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of Golang experience.
• Fintech experience.
• Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL & NoSQL.
• Familiarity with API creation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well remotely.
