The Role :

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Partnership & Affiliate Manager to join our Global Train Team in Barcelona, responsible for our partnership and affiliate marketing strategy in Spain and Italy.

In this Role, you’ll:

• Lead the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies for Trip.com Group's train business in Spain and Italy, designing localized cooperation solutions and promoting industry resource integration.
• Develop and maintain high-value local user growth partners, establishing long-term partnerships to meet annual goals.
• Monitor partner data (ROI, CVR, CAC) and optimize cooperation models and promotional materials to enhance performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for joint product development, marketing campaigns, and localized user acquisition strategies.
• Analyze competitor dynamics, policies, and regulations to mitigate risks and identify new growth opportunities.

What you'll Need to Succeed :

• 8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and brand partnerships, with a focus on the Spanish and Italian markets, preferably within the travel and train industry.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish or Italian; fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with local affiliate ecosystems (e.g., CJ, Impact.com), data privacy regulations, and cultural preferences.
• Experience in cross-border collaboration, strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills, and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Data.ai).
