Applications are sought from academically strong Engineers with experience of DAC and ADC circuits, high bandwidth analog design, high speed digital design as well as some exposure to Embedded C, PCB design and IC design.

As a key member of a talented multidisciplinary R&D team, the successful Senior Electronic Design Engineer will contribute to the conceptual stage of design and development, applying problem solving approaches and engineering theory to project challenges. You’ll design and test analogue, digital and mixed signal electronic circuits and PCB’s; support dFMEA and system integration – ensuring adherence to quality control and managing delivery of projects as well as providing guidance to junior engineers.

Skills and experience should include :

• Minimum of 2.1 Bachelors Degree in Electronics or related discipline.
• 5+ years commercial digital and analogue design experience.
• Design of high reliability systems.
• Some High speed digital design and high bandwidth analog design experience.
• Experience of Digital to Analog and Analog to Digital converters.
• PCB design.
• Exposure to Embedded C, FPGA / VHDL, Communication protocols, Microcontrollers.
