What we are looking to hire:
We are seeking a Senior Director – Customer Success to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Vice President-Operations and support our growing sales organization through high-impact leadership, operational execution, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. This is a highly visible role internally and externally in which you will partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and performance improvement. You will define, support, and implement global sales initiatives designed to achieve global bookings and revenue objectives.
