Formación

Overview

We are a leading online gaming company, committed to delivering innovative and high-quality experiences. To further expand our reach, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media & Programmatic Specialist.


Responsibilities


  • The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize daily Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms for user acquisition and ROI optimization.

  • This includes developing multichannel performance strategies to drive new player acquisition.

  • The specialist will also define audiences, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to increase conversions.

  • Key metrics to monitor include CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.


Requirements


  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs is required.

  • Experience managing large budgets and international campaigns is necessary.

  • Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API is expected.


Nice to Have


  • Previous experience in user acquisition for mobile apps would be beneficial.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or DV360 would be advantageous.
