A leading independent technology partner in Madrid is seeking a Senior Deskside Engineer to solve IT issues, support users, and manage equipment. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a Microsoft environment and fluency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include configuring video conference rooms, installing operating systems, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work fully on-site and may have on-call duties, alongside attractive benefits including a monthly Pluxee card and health insurance.

Formación

  • 4+ years as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Organize and inventory the warehouse.
  • Install Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices.
  • Install software and other scripts.
  • Replace components in different types of devices.

Our TRG Team in Spain is looking for a Senior Deskside Engineer with:
  • Identifying and solving various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
  • Configuring and preparing video conference rooms.
  • Organizing and inventorying the warehouse.
  • Installing Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
  • Installing software and other scripts.
  • Replacing components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
  • User support.
  • Performing other IT-related tasks following Computacenter's directives.
  • Stock control.
  • Documenting and constantly communicating with different on-site or remote teams.
  • Mobility is required for the technician to provide services at different sites.

Pre-Requisites & Experience:
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science.

  • Driving licence required.

Details of the vacancy Information needed:
  • Fully presential.
  • Monday to Friday coverage with the possibility of on-call or weekend interventions.
  • Rotative shifts (8h to 17h or 9h to 18h).
  • Pluxee card (Sodexo) 180€/month (11 months/year: 1980€ year) after 3 months and private health insurance after 6 months.
  • Vetting consent required.
