A leading QSR brand in Spain seeks a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to define and execute the insights strategy across Southern Europe. Responsibilities include managing multi-market research, analyzing market dynamics, and influencing senior leadership with actionable insights. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in consumer insights, strong leadership skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This role is crucial for driving brand strategy and product innovation within a dynamic environment.

Formación

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research, ideally in QSR, food & beverage, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing agencies and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Define and execute the consumer insights research roadmap for Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Design and manage quantitative and qualitative multi-market research programs.
  • Monitor market share evolution and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Translate consumer behaviors into actionable insights.
  • Oversee external partnerships and ensure quality data.
  • Support product launches with concept validation and performance analysis.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage research budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep brands competitive.
