Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Madrid or Barcelona office and will be part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry out complex transformation projects for our clients.

As part of this group, you will join a team of consultants and transformation execution experts. In Orphoz, we combine the advantages of a start-up (light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression and initiative) and those of a large group (available resources to develop one’s projects and logistical support).

Your Impact

You will design and implement our clients' transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc.

You will coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks, prepare and drive implementation projects, and coach clients. You will manage project workstreams independently with support from a project manager, and gradually take on responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects. You will lead less experienced consultants and clients in your project or workstream, and conduct client meetings and workshops to meet project objectives.

You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting (e.g., in a project management office in transformation projects).
• Experience in carve-outs and M&A implementation projects within a transformation context.
• Experience in holistic process redesign (financial institutions, IT, HR, Operations) and implementation.
• Motivation for flexibility and agility required in consulting.
• Driven by creating long-lasting impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and the local office language.
