(Senior) Consultant (all genders) Talent Acquisition
  • As a Consultant (all genders) Talent Acquisition, you will create an exceptional Candidate Journey as part of the valanticworld.
  • From search to onboarding – you will manage the entire recruitment process in a project management style to attract Young Professionals and Experts in the SAP field, with a focus on the Spanish market and DACH region.
  • You will primarily recruit for SAP roles, but your scope will expand to other positions and divisions as the journey progresses. You will also recruit for international markets, working with local and expat candidates to support global projects.
  • To identify candidates, you will rely on classic recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative recruitment channels, including Active Sourcing and Social Media.
  • You will work closely with an experienced team and actively contribute to group-wide HR initiatives, including creating strategies for recruitment and talent management, ensuring candidates feel at home within valantic.
  • You will attend HR meetings, collaborate with management, and have opportunities to implement creative, entrepreneurial ideas.
  • You have 3 – 8 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the IT / Tech sector (SAP experience is ideal but not required).
  • You are highly skilled in Active Sourcing and experienced in identifying top talent, with a good eye for candidates and their potential fit for specific roles and projects.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of recruiting for an international, multicultural environment.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus. You understand the dynamics of both local markets (Spain and Portugal) and global talent acquisition.
  • You are communicative, proactive, and eager to contribute to organizational growth, with an ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a curiosity for the latest recruitment trends are essential.
  • A passionate Talent Acquisition team with a Can-Do attitude that will welcome you with open arms.
