A technology consulting company is seeking a Senior Business Manager to help expand operations in Spain. The ideal candidate will lead business development in the Outsourcing area, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of IT Consultants. Strong experience in IT consulting and good English skills are required. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and participate in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Formación

  • Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in IT Consulting.
  • Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory).

  • Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area.
  • Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings.
  • Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects.
  • Manage and follow up on client accounts.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields;
  • Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in the IT Consulting sector;
  • Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area;
  • Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued);
  • Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory);
  • Availability to work remotely from Spain.
Be a Senior Business Manager
  • Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area;
  • Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings;
  • Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects;
  • Manage and follow up on client accounts;
  • Follow up with candidates and support interviews;
  • Lead the IT Consultants team;
  • Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants.
