Your Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior AI Character Creator to shape the future of interactive AI characters. This hands-on role focuses on training, testing and refining AI-generated characters to keep content fresh, engaging, and on-trend.

Main Mission

• Train, Test and Develop AI Characters: Train and test various AI characters and their LoRas, working with different models and environments to ensure looks are consistent, creative, original and engaging
• Assist with Character Development: Use AI tools to create character profiles that feel dynamic, realistic, and aligned with user expectations

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Content Team, you will be responsible for:

• LoRa Training: Train new AI characters weekly, following a release plan
• Character Testing: Test AI characters extensively to ensure proper function and engaging user experiences, following an established workflow
• Content Development: Follow trends and data to ensure content is unique, fresh, and reflective of popular trends
• Maintain Content Freshness: Review content to ensure alignment with company standards and cultural relevance
• Research & Development: Research techniques, models, LoRas, workflows, and new character concepts. Present new ideas to keep characters relevant and innovative
• Collaboration: Work with AI engineers, developers, and other creatives to test new features and ensure quality across releases
• Support Testing Efforts: Participate in testing new features with different departments as needed

Your Qualifications

Must-haves

• Technical Skills: Experience with Kohya ss, StableDiffusion and ComfyUI, and a variety of checkpoints and models (Pony, Flux, etc.) for image generation, prompting and LoRa training. You will train character LoRas segmented by age groups and ethnicities, and work on research to discover new techniques and workflows
• Creativity & Open-Mindedness: Aptitude for character creation and face selection, with attention to differentiating details
• Experience with Internet Culture: Familiarity with popular trends, online communities, and what makes content engaging for both SFW and NSFW users
• Comfort with Repetitive Training and Testing: Extensive training and testing of characters and new features
• Attention to Detail: Ensure characters are well-rounded, original, and maintain high quality over time
