Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese & English (both written & spoken)
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications/unified communications
- Proven track record of breaking into key accounts (e.g., telecom operators, Fortune 500 firms, state-owned enterprises)
- Strong networking, communication & negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Results-driven & motivated by exceeding sales targets
Ideal Background
- Previous experience at Cisco, Logitech, Microsoft, Poly, Zoom, Jabra, or similar companies
- Successfully developed and maintained large enterprise & telecom clients
