A luxury hotel chain is seeking a Security Supervisor in Spain to lead the security team, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and providing an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive security experience, particularly in hospitality settings, and possess strong leadership and crisis management skills. This position offers a seasonal full-time contract with competitive salary and benefits.

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
The Security Supervisor plays a vital role in leading and coordinating the hotel's security team, ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to protect guests, staff, and property. This position oversees surveillance systems, conducts regular patrols, and responds efficiently and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. The Supervisor also trains and mentors the employees, fostering a strong culture of safety and vigilance. Close collaboration with local authorities and emergency services is essential, as well as strong leadership, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Schedule & Hours: Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
