Una empresa de transformación digital busca un Scrum Master para unirse a su equipo técnico. El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 2 años de experiencia y una mentalidad ágil, con un sólido conocimiento de metodologías como Scrum y Kanban. El candidato será responsable de fomentar valores ágiles y actuar como un líder servicial para remover impedimentos, promoviendo la mejora continua y el trabajo en equipo. Se requiere un buen dominio del inglés. Esta posición está basada en Sallent, Cataluña.

Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Scrum Master o en un equipo ágil.
• Experiencia en implementar agilidad en equipos multifuncionales.
• Buen dominio del idioma inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Promover los valores ágiles y enseñar mentalidad ágil.
• Guiar y entrenar equipos de producto.
• Remover impedimentos para el equipo de producto.

We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

What will you do?

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
• You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands‑on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them
• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict
• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions with speed
• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
• Very good command of the English language
