• 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales.
• Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint during sales calls.
• Provide assistance with post-sales training for identified customers.
