A leading tech firm in Madrid is seeking an SAP Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support across SAP platforms. You will work within an Agile product team, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of SAP systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, user support, and managing SAP enhancements. Ideal candidates have strong SAP knowledge, experience in Agile environments, and excellent communication skills in English.

Formación

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and core functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as Ariba, AP, AR, and GL.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical, functional, and user support across SAP platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve SAP system issues across different environments.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external SAP consultants.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of SAP architecture

Proven experience providing SAP technical and functional support

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in Agile product teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
