Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to challenging and dynamic projects in process and IT consulting, with a strong focus on the automotive industry.
• Design innovative supply chain solutions and implement sophisticated consulting strategies to drive client success.
• Develop detailed blueprints for development requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Deliver cost‑efficient, high‑quality, and process‑optimized logistics concepts tailored to client operations.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and collaboration.
• Identify and lead business development opportunities, contributing to the growth of our consulting portfolio.
• Establish yourself as a reliable and respected business advisor, driving innovation and value for clients.
• Take ownership as a (sub‑)project team leader, ensuring successful project execution and team collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting or within the automotive industry.
• 6+ years of hands‑on SAP PP and S4HANA (Production Planning) expertise, including process design and system customization.
• Solid knowledge of at least one additional SAP module (e.g., MM, QM, PP/DS, MES, EWM, PM, CS, SD) is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of 4+ SAP full lifecycle implementations, from blueprint to go‑live.
• SAP certifications are a significant plus and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
• Extensive experience in SAP project methodologies and go‑live scenarios, with a strong understanding of SAP implementation approaches.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Demonstrates a professional appearance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Highly analytical and structured thinker, adept at problem‑solving and delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
