A global HR consultancy is looking for an SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant to support implementation projects and maintenance solutions. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in French payroll, expertise in SAP HCM, and fluency in both Spanish and French. As an SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), for our customers and on the following missions :
Project implementation of the solution :
Participate in the implementation projects (workshops of parameter setting, acceptance, assistance to the starting, training of the administrators and the users) and write reports for the follow-up of the project
Participate in the translation of the client\'s needs into deliverables, writing documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials)
Configure the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the client\'s needs, evaluate the impact of the configurations on the processes or HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent)
Integrate the latest version of the solution into the current environment used by the client in its business processes (data transfer from the old version to the new version of the HRIS solution)
Support for the maintenance of the solution :
Third party application maintenance, assistance in managing the maintenance of the solution for our customers
Respond to corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance tickets for the solution (bug fixes, user support, development of evolutions, delivery of patches and new versions)
Carry out technical monitoring, train users on the final solution, advise customers on solution evolutions and their implementation
