Formación

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement UI and UX strategies for SAP applications, focusing on Fiori design principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to improve user interaction and engagement.
• Establish and ensure adherence to UI/UX design guidelines and best practices within the team.
• Facilitate collaboration among business analysts, developers, and project managers for seamless UI/UX integration.
• Maintain design consistency across SAP applications, aligning with branding guidelines and best practices.
• Create detailed documentation of design specifications, style guides, and rationale for development teams.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to validate and refine designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and methodologies within SAP ecosystem to foster innovation.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and team members on UI/UX best practices and design thinking.
• Define Fiori principles and future strategies for UI/UX development.
• Promote a culture of user-centered design within the organization through awareness and training.

EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience with SAP Fiori design principles and UI5 development.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Work Zone, SAP Start platforms, IAS, and IPS, including business roles, services, and functionalities.
• Experience with SAP applications and understanding of user interaction with these systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA On-Prem systems, including CDS Views, Fiori Activation, SICF, etc.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps as part of the design process.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with UX methodologies like Design Thinking is advantageous.
• Relevant UI/UX or SAP Fiori certifications are a plus.
