Lead SAP EWM Consultant – 6 months – Madrid (Remote)

RED is currently supporting an international client on an implementation project and are looking for an experienced Lead SAP EWM Consultant to join the program. This is a senior functional leadership role, responsible for guiding solution design, leading teams, and driving complex EWM processes end to end.

Start: Immediate

Duration: 6 months

Location: Madrid (hybrid, with occasional travel within Spain)

Language: Spanish + English (minimum B2)

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on SAP EWM implementation experience
• At least 2 years in a formal leadership role (team leadership + project leadership)
• Strong experience designing and configuring complex, integrated EWM solutions
• Full end‑to‑end functional expertise in EWM within automotive environments
• Deep knowledge of advanced processes: JIT sequencing, production supply, ASR, inbound / outbound, internal warehouse movements, RF, physical inventory
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into designs
• Proven integration experience with SAP TM (ASR mandatory), MM, SD, PP, PP / DS, QM
• Experience with subcontracting processes integrated with EWM
• Knowledge of RFID, handheld devices, and automated systems (Kardex)
• Ability to manage senior business and IT stakeholders up to C‑Level
• Strong skills in risk management, planning, team coordination, and project delivery
• Experience leading all testing phases, hyper‑care, training, and post‑go‑live support

This is a hands‑on leadership role for senior consultants comfortable acting as the main functional authority for EWM within complex, international automotive environments.
