A consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Consultant to join their team in Zaragoza, Spain. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Management. An ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, strong customer loyalty strategies, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable solutions.

Formación

  • Proven experience implementing and managing Salesforce Loyalty Management or Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Understanding of loyalty program design principles.

One of our clients, a leading consultancy are seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Consultant to join their team and help clients design, implement, and optimize loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, a strong understanding of customer loyalty strategies, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their loyalty program objectives.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop loyalty program strategies including earning, redeeming, and tiering rules, as well as promotions and campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience implementing and managing Salesforce Loyalty Management or Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Understanding of loyalty program design principles, customer engagement strategies, and rewards management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and familiarity with Apex and APIs is a plus.
