  • Optimize institutional GTM workflows in partnership with Operations, Compliance, and Product, improving trading velocity and reducing process friction.
  • Lead sales analytics by developing dashboards, producing performance insights, and supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and territory coverage strategies.
  • Support sales enablement by creating playbooks, client‑facing collateral, and battlecards while maintaining pipeline governance to ensure forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product teams to align metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational goals.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of analysts, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including pipeline management, workflow optimization, and sales enablement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards in AWS QuickSight, Excel, or similar tools, and translate insights into impactful recommendations.
  • Proven track record in streamlining sales workflows, optimizing cross‑functional processes, and supporting global or multi‑regional sales operations.
  • Experience managing analysts or small teams, with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Passion for the crypto ecosystem, combined with an eagerness to learn and stay current with industry trends.
  • Personal or professional involvement in local crypto communities and a strong affinity for crypto‑native values and principles.
  • Bonus: experience with institutional‑grade crypto products, financial services, or institutional client onboarding.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and performance incentives.
  • Fully remote work setup across Canada, APAC, and Europe.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work–life balance.
  • Comprehensive health coverage and wellness support (region‑specific).
  • Learning and development opportunities, including exposure to global sales, product, and crypto initiatives.
  • Equipment and tools provided for an optimal remote working environment.
