This position offers exciting professional challenges, allowing you to work with our Spanish customers and build a career in a company that cares about its employees.

Responsibilities
  • Contact existing software users in Spain to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and transfer them to account managers
  • Assist account managers in scheduling customer meetings
  • Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations
  • Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.) with the support of the European Operations team.
  • Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the Sales Department's improvement, development and sales growth.
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to establish good relationships with customers
  • Possess strong communication skills, particularly by telephone and e-mail
  • Know how to negotiate and influence positively
  • Be comfortable using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • Show strong organizational skills
  • Be fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English* - spoken and written (proficiency in Portugese is a plus)
