We are seeking an experienced sales representative and product developer to maximize sales and profit of the assigned Enza Zaden customer base with the existing product portfolio and realizing product development from the introduction phase on. This person will support the decision‑making process and successful introduction of new varieties.

As a Sales Representative and Product Developer, you maximize sales and profit with the existing product portfolio. You support the decision‑making process and the successful introduction of new varieties. You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the budget, forecast, and pricing within the assigned group of customers and area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for the development of customer plans to ensure proper implementation and execution of the tactical plans.
  • Providing reliable technical advice to customers so our varieties are successfully grown.
  • Identifying new promising experimental varieties from local screening and global breeding.
  • Supporting the introduction of new Enza Zaden varieties with technical support and clear positioning toward customers.
  • Collecting market and customer data and supplying the intelligence team.
  • Focusing on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
  • Participating in cross‑functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Other duties as required.

As a Sales Representative & Product Developer, you have a good understanding of how the industry works. You remain up to date about developments and trends in the market. Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent sales skills (gaining trust, establishing a business objective, identifying customer needs, exploring solutions, developing action plans, and overcoming objections through negotiation).
  • Professional, assertive, with clear communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, influencing / persuading, and strong management skills.
