A technology firm is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Ciudadela. The role requires excellent communication and a strong commitment to customer service. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week.
Xometry is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for leading our outbound/new business-focused team. You will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting and exceeding planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating ongoing training and development of your salespeople.
