We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience and 1 year in management. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering an exceptional first impression and building long-term relationships.
  • Lead sales processes from lead to close, guiding strategies, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries, focusing initially on Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Provide excellent customer experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities related to Microsoft solutions.
  • Communicate the value of solutions effectively through verbal and written channels.
  • Qualify prospects and leads using criteria like BANT to convert them into opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, aiming for 200 leads and 30 opportunities per month, with high daily activity levels.
  • Utilize social media, digital channels, video, chat, phone, and demos to reach and engage customers.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve offerings, acting as the "Voice of the Customer."

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Dutch (C1), with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • High school diploma required; BA or 4-year degree preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, including at least 1 year in the IT industry.
  • Experience in account or customer management.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, with experience from retail, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure or Modern Workplace is a plus.
  • Proven track record of high performance, with the initiative for independent work and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging via multiple channels.
  • Basic IT industry knowledge and quick learner of new products.
  • Goal-oriented with a strategic approach to exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
