Location: Remote (Global)

Contract Type: Contractor (UAE-based entity)

Languages: Spanish (Native/Fluent) & English (B2/Intermediate or higher)

Compensation: Base Salary + High Commission (OTE: ~$3,000/month)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team focusing on the Spanish market. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts. All communication and sales processes take place via Telegram messenger.

Your goal is to handle objections, build rapport, and convert interested prospects into active clients for our world-class financial trading product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to incoming inquiries on Telegram.
  • Sales Conversion: Use our proven scripts to guide potential clients, handle objections (e.g., "I don't have money"), and close deals.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase client investment and value.
  • CRM Management: Keep the sales pipeline organized and update lead statuses daily.
  • High Availability: Maintain flexibility to respond to leads outside of standard 9-to-5 hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to ensure no lead goes cold.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales-driven environment (experience in chat-based sales, FinTech, or Trading is a significant plus).
  • Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish. High-intermediate English (B2) for internal communication and training.
  • Mindset: "Hungry" for sales. You should be comfortable with an aggressive (yet professional) sales approach and focus on high-commission earnings.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Telegram and CRM tools.
  • Charisma: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to build trust through chat.
